I had wanted to share that it's been a good Friday.
I had wanted to talk about the good things that happened.
About the kind staff at Mr. Bean.
About the Chinese girl who choked on her words when she was telling me how I answered all her queries but her teacher in China told her not to be stubborn.
About the cute new boy who waved goodbye to me through the glass door.
About my student who rushed to share with his mother what I had taught him today.
About how Friday was good even though I lost count of the times the bone above the heart throbbed.
I lost count not because I was carried away by happy things, but because it throbbed almost every minute it would be nonsensical to count.
Then came a ridiculous and untimely tsunami.
Things got smashed.
Actually, I was just hoping, it would be less painful.
