After dinner, JH and I visited my favourite NTUC Finest nearby to get a carton of milk which I thought might be able to help me in my sleeping problems. He said to me, "Be fair to yourself." I figured I hardly thought about the issue of fairness nowadays because things have been so unfair it's become so difficult to draw the line. I wished people would be fair to me too, but maybe the first thing to do really, is to be fair to myself before anyone.
