Nonsensical stuff.

I like to read my archives once in a while to reminisce old times or encounters and it struck me that I have not really been updating 'decently' of late. Why I said 'decently' is because I think I have been (or seemingly) very emo in my entries. Yes of course I am entitled to that but I think there are a lot more to share, especially with my friends who will read all these and who care for me.

So I think what follows will really be nonsensical (as my heading suggests) but, not that it matters right? They are for reminisce sake anyway.

Last Wednesday

Sentosa and dinner with uni girls. I felt it was a great day spent.

Last Thursday

1. Badminton game, a short one and I am already looking forward to another game soon.

2. I finally planned a dinner with Ohana (after eons long). We watched yet another thriller at 1 a.m. and it was so horrible that it made me sleep at 6 in the morning.

Last Friday

1. Went shopping with Janvin after work. I seriously love shopping but I really hate crowds. I guess that explains why I did not get anything that day.

2. I received Christmas cards from Yongen and Desireen. I was really happy because I love receiving handwritten stuff.

Last Saturday

1. Spent most of the day with Mum. I like to hang out at Fairprice especially with my mum because I can just get anything from the shelves without having to consider the prices :D

2. I attempted (that means it was merely an attempt which was hardly successful) to pack my room and came across many things:

-London postcard from Fel

-HK postcard from Janvin and Edwin

-slips from Mic, Lanhua, Yanli, Yanxing, Tinghui

-Hello Panda from Wen Jie's welfare pack

-handphone chain from Chew Chew

-the 2 reminders I wrote for myself: "Be happy" and "Stop procrastinating"

-tickets of movies caught earlier during the semester

-the many notebooks I have collected over the years (be it those I bought for myself or given to me by friends)

Yesterday

1. Shopping with Angie and Rui. I satisfied my fetish for basics again and sometimes I really hate myself for that because I have basic tees of almost every colour you can find in the rainbow but I continue to buy them -.-

2. We caught Alvin and the Chipmunks 3 and as always, the theatre was filled with children but I love the movie all the same. Such a great movie to catch during this season.

3. I am so glad we went to Lot1 yesterday because it was the last day of Doraemon's maze exhibition. I was easily made the happiest person yesterday because of all the pictures I took with the backdrops. Thanks Angie and Rui!

Today

1. I went for the SHC internship interview and I think I did not really perform. But ok I guess that is not important.

2. Met Valane for tea. She gave me a very cute notebook that read “今天自信一点点”. That adds to my collection of notebooks but I am more grateful for the fact that she thought of me when she was abroad. I always think it is a magical thing how my sister's secondary school Literature teacher and I became friends.

And another point is, she said she thought of me when she saw the notebook. I guess I am often perceived (at least from what I have heard) as someone outspoken and confident. As a matter of fact, who really knows that I am actually a very insecure person and really lacks confidence? Alright anyway I do not mean to steer this entry towards the emo side.

On my way home just now, I felt loved, even though there are always those who disappoint me. But I guess I will just focus on the former.
